Surveillance video shows a man taking cash from a local Sears department store.

Police gave Channel 11 the video of the incident they said happened on Sunday around 2 p.m. at the Beaver Valley Mall.

Police said the man used a screwdriver to open a secure office. The video shows him going directly to the cabinet where money is kept.

Police said the robbery took about 30 seconds. In less than a minute, he was out of the store with cash in his hand, according to police.

Police said the man entered the mall with another man and caught up with him after the robbery.
